As for the Jedi "character assassination", there wasn't any. The Jedi left Shmi Skywalker as a slave while they took her son to be a Jedi and demanded that he cut off all connection to her. The Jedi allow slavery to continue instead of using their influence to stop it, they inducted kids as young as 12 to 15 years old to fight in a war, so add child soldiers, and to top it all off they genocide the native Sith species for practicing the dark side instead of trying to get them to come over or tolerate their presence after they won the Hyperspace War. The Jedi were always predatory groomers and monk a******, it's not character assassination considering their character was assassinated as early as The Phantom Menace and the Legends Continuity.

With this show Disney wound up creating another set of kids without a father instead of fixing some kids without a father.

I was 11 years old when Episode 1 came out and it blew my mind in the theater, I had never seen anything like it. I had big crush on Natalie Portman and Epsiode 1 became my favorite movie ever. My dad got annoyed at how many times I re watched this movie on VHS. To this day I love this movie and I don't care what older fans have to say about it though I understand about the fart scene during the pod race and the midichlorians de-mystifying the force as something to take issue with but I wasn't bothered too much I still loved it, I mean it could have been worse.....it could have been space lesbians making black twins out of the force leaving them fatherless in a galaxy far far away.

After all this time, I wonder if Dooku was serious about joining forces with Obi Wan and taking out Sidious and if that's why Sidious wasn't bothered by Anakin taking him out before he took Anakin as an apprentice. Sigh* I miss the old Star Wars.

I use to watch Star Wars now I watch some UA-cam content about Star Wars mainly when Disney does horrible things to it. Before I use to watch a lot of UA-cam content about Star Wars on channels like Generation Tech and Star Wars Theory but Star Wars died for me after Episode 8 so I don't bother anymore with UA-cam content because what's the point now that Disney has brought the IP to ruin? I don't enjoy it anymore. I don't care for spoilers since I don't care to watch any of it anyway, its so bad I wouldn't even pirate it. The only reason I'm here is because I didn't think it could get worse after Episode 8 and boy was I wrong lol that & I remember you from Collider Video back when they had Jedi Council which was a cool YT show but then they turned out to be Disney shills taking part in ruining Star Wars so I unsubscribed to them.
